单常角法测量端齿盘组立分度精度

Measurement of Graduation Precision of Contrate Gears by Single Constant Angle Method

本文提出一种用４个高精度电感测头构成单常角，实现对等分圆周分度角度测量的新方法。为实现连续测量，采用摩擦副组件传递分度角度。以此原理研制的“端齿盘组立精度测试仪”结构简单，工作可靠。

This paper presents a new method of measuring the graduation angle of the equally divided circle by using 4 high precision inductive gauge heads to form a single constant angle.In order to realize consecutive measurements,a friction pair assembly is used to transfer the graduation angle.Based on this principle,the“Measuring Instrument of Graduation Precision of Contrate Gears”is simple in construction,reliable in performance and can achieve the automatic measurement by computer control.
