山西省要转变发展战略,实现可持续发展,必须大力发展文化产业。文章论证了山西省发展文化产业的必要性和可能性,说明发展文化产业是唯一出路。对山西文化产业发展的现状和存在的问题进行了全面的论述,肯定了取得的成就,寻找发展中存在的深层次问题。最后提出两线齐进,共荣山西文化产业的战略思路。

If Shanxi Province wants to change the development strategy, realize the sustainable development, it must develop the cultural industry strongly. The article demonstrates the necessity and possibilities of developing cultural industry in Shanxi province, and it is elucidated in this article that developing the cultural industry is the only choice. Shanxi province has obtained some achievement, but also exists the very big problem in developing the cultural industry. Finally, it has put forward two lines to develop cultural industry, and provided a strategic way of thinking to achieve it.
