摘要
介绍了一种利用光谱反射特性,快速、无损测定茶鲜对叶绿素含量的方法.经计算机逐步回归计算,当取波长562nm和676nm处归一化值进行二元一次回归时,方程的相关系数达0.976,数据回代的平均相对误差小于5%,可望取代传统理化测定叶绿素的方法.
Described is a quick and non-destructive approach to the determination of the chlorophyl content of tea leaves based on the spectrum reflactance.After the successive regression on a computer, the result shows that the correlation coefficient will reach 0. 976 for the normalized values at 562 nm and 676 nm.The average relative error is less than 5%. When data retaken to regression. Itwill be used to replace the chemical standard method to measure the chlorophylcontent.
