The Union of Three Kinds of Technology——An Inquiry into Universal Technology

从广义技术价值论出发,有必要探讨和确立其反思的对象——广义技术。广义技术是指解决问题的特定行为中的特定操作规程和规则的总和,从宏观上包含自然技术、社会技术、人文技术三大类。三类技术具有本质上的一致性,可以统一到广义技术概念上来,这些能从三类技术与人、科学理论、价值及其之间的关系得到说明。

In view of the value theory of Universal Technology, it is necessary to study its object—universal technology. Universal technology is the sum of the rules in an action for a purpose, which includes natural technology, social technology and human technology. The three kinds of technology are essentially similar and they can be ufiited in the concept of universal technology which could be proved by the relationship between the three kinds and human beings, scientific theories, values and their relations.
