Class Teaching in Higher Professional Education

高职教育具有职业教育的特点和规律,即以学生为本位、以职业能力为核心,突出素质教育和职业技能训练,课堂教学要以岗位和岗位群的基本素质要求和能力培养为根本。遵照职业教育的特点和规律,以岗位能力目标为依据整合课程教学内容,突出精讲多练以能力为本位的课堂教学的模式,体现职业技能特色的课程教学形式,以效果为准绳的课堂教学质量等可以有力提高职业教育的课堂教学效果。

Higher professional education has the characteristics and laws of the professional education. That is to emphasize diathesis education and skill professional training whose principal part is students and core is professional ability. Class teaching is organized in the basis of diathesis requests and abilities training from jobs and job syntheses. According to teaching laws and characteristics, higher professional education adjusts the contents of class teaching based on the professional ability aim, highlights the class teaching mode stressing the ability by teaching succinctly and training a lot, incarnates the class teaching format charactered with professional skills and uses the evaluating system of quality according to the class effect. Thus, the purpose of higher professional education can be improved.
