家蚕荧光茧色判性蚕品种荧光、春玉的育成及其一代杂交种的选配

BKEEDING OF FLUORESCENCE COCOON COLOR SEX-LIMITED VARIETIES YINGGUANG AND CHUN-YU AND THE PKEPAKATION OF THEIR F1 HYBRID

用３６５０Ａ紫外线进行荧光选茧，定向交配，运用原种自系分离及杂交育种等方法育成荧光茧色判性蚕品种荧光、春玉，其蚕茧在紫外线下，雌茧和雄茧分别呈现白色和黄色荧光，准确率达１００％和９５％；对荧光茧色判性蚕品种荧光×春玉，进行了５省联合鉴定，主要经济性状优良，达到实用化蚕品种的水平。

The fluorescence cocoon color sex-limited silkworm varieties,“Yingguang”and“Chunyu”,were bred through parent eggs self-bred seperation,hybridization,fluores-cence sorting of cocoons under 3650 ultraviolet ray,directed mating etc. Their femaleand male cocoons are white and yellow respectively under ultraviolet ray.The discrimi-nation accuracy was 100%and 95%respectively.The fluorescence cocoon color sex-limited variety Yingguang×Chunyu was identified in 5 provinces,the main economiccharacters were good,and reached the level of commercial silkworm race.
