摘要
研究了Ti3Ai-Nb系合金经三种固溶和稳定化处理后,在室温和700℃疲劳裂纹扩展的规律.分析了影响疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN的诸多因素,结合SEM断口,裂纹扩展路径观察及TIM分析结果进行了讨论,并用FORTRAN程序绘出各种实验条件下的△K-da/dN曲线.
The fatigue crack propagation behavior at ambient temperaturn and 700℃ in a Ti3Al-Nb System alloy under different different have been studied. Some factors that influence fatigue crack propagation rate da/dN have been analyzed. Microstructures, fractUre surfaces under different testing have been observed by opticol microscope, SEM and TEM. Curves on △k-da/dN under some testing conditions have been made by Fortran programe.
