1·3414μmNd∶YAP激光与外科手术治疗头颈部巨大血管畸形和血管瘤22例

Therapy of Huge Vascular Malformation and Hemangioma in Head and Neck Area by means of 1.3414μm Nd∶YAP Laser and Surgery

目的探讨1.3414 μm Nd:YAP激光与外科手术结合治疗头颈部巨大血管畸形和血管瘤.方法依据肿瘤病理类型、部位和大小的不同,酌情采用激光内镜手术、翻瓣光凝术、外科切除加术后激光照射等方法,切除头颈部巨大血管畸形和血管瘤22例.结果本组22例随访1～4年,痊愈14例(63.6%)显效8例(36.4%),无1例发生严重并发症.结论1.3414μm Nd:YAP激光与外科手术能有效治疗头颈部巨大血管畸形和血管瘤.

Objective To investigate the effect of the vascular malformations and hemangioma in the head and neck area by means of 1. 3414μm Nd ： YAP laser irradiation combining with surgery. Methods According to clinical and pathologic type,location and size of tumors, we would choose laser endoscopic surgery therapy, lift flap photocoagulation therapy（ interstitial therapy）or combining surgery removal with laser irradiation therapy to act our discretion for removal vascular malformation and hemangioma in head and neck （22 cases）. Results In this group, 14 cases were fully recovered（63.6% ）, 8 cases were with notable curative effect（36.4% ）. After 1-4 years of followed up their was not found the serious complication. Conclusions Using 1. 3414 μm Nd ： YAP laser with surgery to remove huge vascular malformation and hemangioma in the head and neck area is a most reliable and efficient method.
