摘要
目的探讨纤维喉镜下半导体激光治疗咽喉部血管瘤的方法及疗效.方法纤维喉镜下半导体激光治疗咽喉部血管瘤26例.在指示光引导下,光纤对准肿物,以波长为810 nm、功率为5~10 W的半导体激光照射瘤体组织,直至血管瘤变白,凝固.瘤体大者可多点分次照射,每次间隔2周,直至痊愈.结果26例中25例治愈(咽喉部血管瘤消失,黏膜平滑).其中1次治愈14例,2~4次治愈11例.1例好转(血管瘤大部消失,基部残留).结论纤维喉镜下半导体激光治疗咽喉部血管瘤,方法简便、安全,疗效可靠,是治疗咽喉部血管瘤的较好方法.
Objective To discuss the method and efficacy of semiconductor laser with fiberoptic laryngoscope to treat laryngopharynx hemangioma. Methods Semiconductor laser was acted with fiberoptic laryngoscope to treat 26 cses with laryngopharynx hemangioma. The wavelength of laser was 810 nm,its power was 5-10 W,one time every two weeks till healing. Results In all 26 cases there were 25 cases cured after 1 ( 14 cases) or 2- 4 times ( 11 cases) irradiation, and 1 case alleviated. Conclusions Semiconductor laser therapy of laryngopharynx hemangioma is simple, safe, effective, and it could be a better method to treat laryngopharynx hemangioma.
