摘要
为了满足大尺寸钛及钛合金电极的焊接要求,宝钛集团有限公司依据等离子弧的压缩效应原理及电弧的稳定性原理,对从德国引进的钛及钛合金真空等离子焊箱枪体的阴极和喷嘴进行了技术改造。改造后,不仅提高了电弧的稳定性,而且也扩大了电极的焊接尺寸。焊缝宽度可达50mm~60mm,深度达20mm~30mm,可焊电极的最大长度为6m,直径为0.6m,满足了钛及钛合金大规模化的生产要求。
To meet the demands of welding titanium and its alloy electrode in large size. The gun body of vacuum plasma welding chamber for titanium and titanium alloy imported from Germany has been reformed based on the principle of compression effection of plasraa arc and stability of electric arc. After reform the stability of electric arc increased and the welding chamber enlarged, in which the weld can reach to 50 mm-60mm, the depth to 20 mm-30 mm, the welded electrode size to 6 m in length,0.6 m in diameter. It can meet the requirement of production on a large scale.
