在分析拔制凹形螺纹钢筋受力情况的基础上,导出其拔制力的计算公式。实际测算结果表明,该式与通过驱动电机电流的负荷推算的拔制力相吻合。由于在加工凹形螺纹时拉模产生旋转,故拔制力需考虑使拉模产生旋转的力。该力是通过拉拔力而作用于拉模。考虑了拉模旋转力则对凹形螺纹钢筋拔制力的计算才是可靠的。为拔制高强度预应力凹形螺纹钢筋提供了力能参数计算的依据。

Based on analyzing the force on the drawing die and concave reinforced bar with high-strength and prestress, a formula is derived and it can be used as basis for calculation of energy and force in drawing concave reinforced bar with high-strength and prestress.
