Current State and Advantages on Developing Electrical Steels in CSP Process

摘要 简述了电工钢的发展历史;重点阐述了意大利AST公司和德国TKS公司采用CSP工艺开发电工钢的现状;并与传统的厚板流程进行了对比分析,表明采用CSP工艺生产的电工钢具有铸态与热轧态晶粒组织细小、温度加热均匀、板形易于控制、成材率高等优势。 Here is a brief of historical development of electrical steel, emphatically of development status of electrical steel produced by CSP-process in AST of Italy and TKS of Germany. In comparison with traditional process, CSP process has advantages of finer grain size, at cast and rolled state, homogeneous heating, controlling shape with ease and high production yield.
