摘要
济钢在分析原新产品开发流程存在问题的基础上,运用业务流程再造理论,进行了新产品开发流程和组织机构的再造;通过流程再造,降低了新产品开发费用,缩短了新产品开发周期,达到了快速开发市场需求新产品的目的,实现了产量、质量、品种、成本协调发展,提高了新产品开发绩效,提高了企业竞争力。
The problems existed for new product development process in Jigang were analysed, and the new product development process and structure organization has been reengineered according to business process reengineering theory. By BPR,It makes reducing new products development expense; shortening new product development cycle; developing new products for market quickly, coordinately improving output, quality, varieties and cost, increasing new product development performance and competitive force.
