摘要
目的将石英晶振的高灵敏度与免疫反应的特异性相结合,研制检测蝮蛇毒的压电免疫传感器方法用巯基丙酸在镀银电极石英晶体自组装巯基丙酸单分子膜偶联抗蝮蛇毒球蛋白构建传感器探头结果组成的检测器对蝮蛇毒响应良好。结论采用免疫传感技术将是实现快速、仪器化检测蛇伤的可能途径。
Objective To develop the piezoelectric immunosensor by combining the high sensitivity of quartz crystal with the specificity of immunoreaction. Method Build the immunosensor by self- assembling Mercaptopropionic acid to be monolayers on the coatsilver electrode and coupling antibody. Results The immunosensor well respond to venom of Agkisttrodon. Concentration is in the direct proportion to reduction of frequency. Conclusion It will be possible to test snakebite quickly quantitatively and instrumentally by means of the technology of immunosensor. The result of this article laid a foundation for further research in venom immunosensor.
