目前，糖的研究方兴未艾．多糖的生物活性正引起人们的普遍关注．据科学报导，具有生物活性的多糖，有抗癌、防癌的功效．本文根据自己实际工作体会，参照国内外有关资料，对多糖的分离、纯化和鉴定方法做一个总结．
More and more attention has been paid to the study on polysaccharide recently. It is reported that polysaccharides can resist and prevent cancer. In this essay, the methods of isolation, purification and analysis of polysaccharide are introduced.
