摘要
采用电子探针和透射电子显微镜研究了石英砂经900℃高温焙烧前后表面元素和杂质相颗粒的变化。结果表明:石英砂表面的O/Si比偏离SiO2的化学比例,高温焙烧后其表面的O/Si比接近为2。石英砂表面存在大量纳米尺寸的杂质相,高温焙烧使杂质相脱落,增大了石英的裸露表面积。
Elements and impurity particles on the surface of raw silicate sands and the sands after calcination at 900 ℃ were examined by electron microprobe and TEM (transmission electron microscopy). It was fotmd that the rate of O/Si of the surface of raw silicate sands deviates from that of SiO2. However, the rate of O/Si is approximate to 2 after calcination. There are much nano-particles of impurities on the surface of silicate sands, and it is the calcination that made the particles of impurities broken off, and also made the surface of the sands nudity more.
