大风仓小风斗供风系统试验分析

摘要 对进口链条炉排锅炉的仓斗式供风系统进行了配风均匀性、窜漏风、密封性和调风特性等实炉冷态性能试验,试验结果表明,该炉的炉排横向配风均匀性和部件的(风门、风斗)密封性能较好,而炉前和炉后的整体密封要求高,结构复杂,窜漏风量较大。炉排的铸造金加工量大,制造安装要求较高,造价也较大。 The study of cold state testing and evaluation analysis were carried on the practical chain - grate stoker with air - supply system to study the air - distribution, air leakage, air tightness and air governing. The horizontal air distribution across the furnace and the air tightness of the components such as the air port (damper) and airtrough are good. However the air leakage is large because of the complex construction and the high demand of integrated air tightness either in the front or back of the stoker. The cost of the stoker is high because of large quantity of further process after casting and high demand of installation.
