摘要
提出了一种在综合业务网上传输视频信号的系统设计方案．它采用先进的异步转移模式（ＡＴＭ）技术，结合实用的图像压缩编码技术，为Ｂ—ＩＳＤＮ提供一个连续的３８．７５５Ｍｂ／Ｓ视频业务流，接收系统恢复清晰稳定的视频图像．
A design method using asynchronous transfer mode ATM and video coding technology for the transmitting of video signal on ISDN is presented. At the transmitting node of B-ISDN, a 38.755 Mb/s video data flow is provided, and a stable video image is obtained at the receiving node.
