摘要
介绍了一种基于杠杆-铰杆增力机构的液压-机械复合传动装置的工作原理,给出了其力学计算公式。该装置结构简单,力传递效率高;在输出力及液压缸直径一定的条件下,能显著降低系统的压力。
The working principle of a kind of hydraulic-mechanical combination driving device based on lever-toggle force-amplifier was introduced in the article, its force calculation formulas are given also. This mechanism is simple in structure and the force transition efficiency is very high. It can obviously decrease the press of the system in the situation of the output force and the diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is limited.
