摘要
基于声信号的汽车故障监测诊断方法近些年发展较快,因声信号具有精确性和稳定性等特点,借助计算机技术运用信号处理的方法对汽车运行时发出的声音进行分析,提取其振动特征量,可以对其运转情况的预测提供精准的数据分析依据。本文将着重介绍基于声信号的故障测试方案的确定过程及如何运用现代分析方法来分析和处理声信号这样非平稳的信号。实验结果表明,用小波变换和小波包分析对声信号进行分析处理具有很好的效果。
Acoustic signals Application in Fault Diagnosis System of Gas Engine are developing rapidly in recent years for its higher accuracy and stability, so people can use signal processing method to analyse objects' sound by computer and extract its features. These features can offer reliable prediction for object' s running. The paper mainly introduces how to ascertain the methods on testing project and dispose the acoustic signal by modern and analytical method. Experiment results show that it is an effective and reasonable method to diagnose fault of gas engine comparing with other fault diagnoisis methods.
