痤疮露Ⅰ号的制备与临床应用

Clinical application and preparation of Acne Ⅰ ablution

目的制备痤疮露Ⅰ号擦剂,用于治疗各型痤疮。方法采用多波长系数法测定甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸的含量,并对2200例患者进行临床观察。结果甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸的平均回收率分别为:101.3%,RSD=0.93%;102.9%,RSD=2.1%;100.4%,RSD=1.2%;总有效率达91%。结论本制剂制备方便,疗效显著,质量可控。

OBJECTIVE To prepare acne I ablution for treating all kinds of acnes. METHODS Multiwavelength coefficient method was used to determine contents of metronidazolum, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid and clinical observation was performed in 2200 patiants.
