米非司酮和米索前列醇对中期妊娠引产效果比较

A comparsion study on effect of mifepristone-misoprostol induce interruption of 12-16 weeks and 20-26 weeks pregnanly

目的回顾性分析米非司酮和米索前列醇对孕12～16、20～26周妊娠的引产效果.方法收集2001年7月～2003年12月入院的186例中期妊娠同时用米非司酮和米索前列醇口服引产的病例,分为孕13～16和20～26两组.结果12～16周组引产成功率为98.2%,20～26周引产组成功率为86.3%.前组比后组显著有效(P＜0.01).结论米非司酮和米索前列醇口服更适合于孕12～16周妊娠引产,是一种有效、安全的中期妊娠引产方法.

OBJECTIVE A comparsion study on effect of mifepristone-misoprostor induce interruption of 12～ 16 weeks and 20 ～ 26 weeks pregnanly. METHODS The data of 186 middle pregnanly in Zhoupu hospital duing July 2001 to December 2003 by misfepristone-misoprostor induced interruption were analyzed. RESULTS The abortion rate in 12 ～ 16 weeks groups was 98.2% and 20 ～ 26 weeks groups was 86.3% （ P 〉 0.01 ）. The difference was significant as compared with 20 ～ 26 weeks gromps. CONCLUSION It is safe and effective method for inducing labor and is effectiver on 12 ～ 16 weeks pregnany.
