血管内皮生长因子与实体瘤生物学特性的关系
摘要
血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF/VEGF-A)又称血管通透性因子(Vascular permeability factor,VPF),是一种多功能的细胞因子,其主要功能包括:(1)高度特异性地促进内皮细胞增生、迁移、分化及存活,抑制内皮细胞的老化和凋亡,进而促进新生血管的形成;(2)增加血管的通透性,引起血浆蛋白的外渗,促进实体瘤的生长和转移;(3)抑制肿瘤细胞的老化和凋亡;(4)促进新生淋巴管的形成[1].
