探讨了线性时变状态反馈控制系统当控制矩阵不列满秩时按转移矩阵配置的问题．推证出了状态反馈矩阵的一个新公式．对于控制矩阵列满秩如何配置转移矩阵的问题，本文也作了综述．

The problem for linear time varying state feedback control systems to be placed with transfer matrixes is discussed without full column ranks of control matrixes.The new formula of a state feedback matrix is proved. The results with full columnranks of control matrixes are synthesised.
