摘要
本文采用特殊设计的气流式喷嘴对雾滴在空间的质量分布特性进行了实验研究。提出了用于描述雾滴在空间质量分布特性的雾滴质量均匀度参数并且得到了该参数随料液性质、操作条件以及喷嘴喷出气体旋转角度的变化规律。通过对实验数据的回归分析,得到了能够较好地用于预测给定条件下雾滴质量均匀度参数的经验公式。
This paper makes an experimental study of the mass distribution characteristics ofdroplets which are formed by atomizing liquid through a specially designed air-blast atomizer. The term 'even level' of droplet mass is applied so as to describe the mass distributioncharacteristics of the droplets in air. Laws are drawn of the variation of the even level withliquid characteristics,operational conditions and the swirl angle of gas in the atomizer. By experimental data regressing,equations of the even level are obtained which could be used quitesatisfactorily to predict the value of the even level of droplet mass under a given condition.
