摘要
介绍了非大气窗口毫米波FMCW(调频连续波)近程雷达的工作原理,对系统的主要参数f0、TM、ΔFM进行了分析,并讨论了多普勒效应和寄生调幅对参数选择的影响。完成了测距电路的硬件设计,并根据FMCW近程雷达测距的实际情况进行了固定误差及数字测频误差的分析。用设计研制的近程雷达对目标进行测试,测试结果满足设计要求。
Introduces the working principle of a non-atmospheric window millimeter wave FMCW short range radar, analyzes the system primary parameters f0, TM ,△FM and discusses the effect on parameters choice of Doppler result and parasitic amplitude modulation. Finishes the hardware design of range measurement circuit, and analyzes fixed error and digital frequency measurement error according to the physical circumstance of FMCW short range radar measuring range. In addition, the measured results of FMCW short range radar are developed, and the testing result meet the design demand.
