摘要
采用剩余电阻率比(RRR)方法对3N,4N,5N纯度的Sn和区域提纯Sn棒的纯度进行了测量.得到通过30次区馆后,杂质沿样品长度方向的分布.和常规的化学分析相比,在样品的预处理、测量条件相同的情况下,电阻率测定法能迅速、灵敏地对样品的纯度和纯化效果作出评定,是一种很有意义的分析方法.
The purities of tin(3 N,4 N,5 N)and tin bars purified by zone purification have been measured by the residual resistivity ratio(RRR)method.After 30 times zone purification the impurity distribution along the sample's length has been obtained.The residual resistivity ratio method,compared with the usual technique of chemical analyses,can give a quicker and more sensitive evaluation of the purity of the samples.This is a very useful analysis method for the overall evaluation of the purity of metals.
