供应链定位策略的集成与优化

摘要 随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,供应链定位策略的不断发展与优化对企业的生存发展具有越来越重要的意义。本文针对供应链两种基本定位策略的局限性,提出了基于两种定位策略的供应链定位策略的集成,并结合供应链产品交付时间、供应链总成本和供应链波动等影响因素,讨论了集成后的供应链优化问题,并建立了供应链的优化综合模型。
