蒙克汀及几种胆石溶解剂的体外溶石研究

Study on Dissolution of Cholelith:a Comparison Monoocta Noin and Conventional Dis-Solving Agents

选用蒙克汀、橙油、舒胆通、三七皂甙提取母液组成几类单方及复方的溶石剂，对胆固醇型胆石及胆固醇和胆色素混合型的胆石进行了体外溶石实验．实验结果表明，蒙克汀及橙油对此二类胆石均为良好的溶石剂，胆石在此二种试剂中浸泡４８ｈ，减重率均在９０％以上．两者相比，橙油的溶石效果更好．蒙克汀的效果是单方比复方乳剂好．舒胆通作为体外溶石剂效果不明显，混合使用时有增效作用．而三七皂甙提取母液则对胆石无溶解作用．

The dissolving effect of Monooctanoin(MO)and orange-peel oil(OO),Trepibutone and sanchi saponins'mother liquor on cholesterol stones (CS)and mixed stones of cholesterol and pigment(MS)have been investigated in vitro.The results have shown that MO and OO are good agents in dissolving CS and MS. The weight rates of CS and MS immerged in theses agent for 48 hour being 93%￣98%.The orange-peel oil have done better effect than Monooctanoin on dissolution of cholelith.The mixed emulsion of MO and OO have been fine effect in dissolving CS and MS.The pure MO is a dissolving agent than emulsion of MO.Trepibutone and sanchi saponins'mother liquor haven't done evidently effect in dissolving CS and MS.
