摘要 用蒽酮硫酸比色法对4种栽培和野生的爬山虎果实多糖含量进行了测定,方差分析结果表明野生与栽培同种间多糖含量差异较小,不同种间多糖含量差异较显著。 Polysaccharide contents in fruits of four cultured and wild Parthenocissus (Parthenocissus tricuspidate Planch, Parthenocissus heterophylla Merr, Parthenocissus thomsonii Planch, Parthenocissus heterophylla Merr)were determinated by colorimetric analysis of anthrone-sulphuric acid. The results of variance analysis show that there are not distinguishing differences in polysaccharide contents between cultured and wild fruits of the same species, and the differences between different species are remarkable.
