血清肝细胞生长因子水平与胃癌的关系

Correllation of serum concentration of hepatocyte growth factor and gastric cancer

目的探讨血清肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)与胃癌的发生、发展及转移的关系。方法应用双抗体夹心ELISA方法检测、比较40例初发胃癌患者(其中已转移的有14例,无转移的26例;其中36例行胃癌切除术),15例胃癌复发患者与20例献血员(正常对照组)的血清肝细胞生长因子水平。结果胃癌复发患者高于胃癌初发者(P<0.01),胃癌术前患者显著高于正常对照组和胃癌术后患者(P<0.01),胃癌已转移的患者显著高于无转移的患者(P<0.01)。结论血清肝细胞生长因子水平与胃癌发生、发展及转移密切相关。

Objective To study the correllation between hepatocyte growth factor（HGF） and the generation, development and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods Serum HGF levels were determined in 40 patients with gastric cancer （36 patients with excisiones of gastric cancer）, 15 recurrent patients with postoperative gastric cancers and 20 normal controis by ELISA method. Results Serum HGF level was higher in recurrent gastric cancer group than that in group of new case（P〈0.01）. There was also significantly higher in group of gastric cancer than that in group of normal controls and postoperative gastric cancer（P〈0.01）. Significantly higher level of serum HGF was observed in patients with metastatic gastric cancer than that in non-metastatic patients （P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is close relationship between serum HGF level and the generation, development and metastasis of gastric cancer.
