摘要
铝箔轧机出口侧装有熨平辊,它在工作时压在卷取机夹持的套筒上。轧机以800m/min以上高速轧制时,由于熨平辊稳定性差,常常引起铝箔窜层、赶料、起皱、断带甩卷,造成大量废品和引发火灾。针对此问题,对熨平辊结构进行改造,取得了满意效果。
Ironing roll installed at the mill exit side, kept in touch with the spool of the coiler has a poor stability during high speed running (800m/min). It often creats telescope, dish, wrinkle and break dishout with a lot of waste materials and fires. To solve this problem, we modified the structure of ironing roll and gained satisfactory results.
