摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸Evodia rutaecarpa[Juss.]Benth.果实的化学成分.方法:采用溶剂法、硅胶柱层析和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构.结果:从吴茱萸中又分离得到8个化合物,分别为:吴茱萸新碱(evodiaxinine,1)、硬脂酸-1-甘油单脂(glycerol 1-octadecanoate,2)、异香草醛(isovaniⅡin,3)、乌苏-12-烯-3-醇(12-ursen-3-ol,4)、槲皮素(quercetin,5)、尿嘧啶(uracil,6)、枸橼酸(citric acid,7)、2-十五烷酮(2-pentadecaone,8).结论:通过UV,IR,ESI-MS,HR-EIMS,1H NMR,13C NMR,1H-1H COSY,HMQC和HMBC分析,化合物1是新化合物,命名为吴茱萸新碱(evodiaxinine).化合物2~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.. METHODS: The crude total alkaloids were enriched by acid-base treatment and their isolation and purification were carried out by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. Structural identification of the compounds were based on physico-chemical properties and spectral data analysis(^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, UV, IR, ^1H-^1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, ESI-MS, HR-EIMS). RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated from Eevodia rutaecarpa: evodiaxinine (1), glycerol 1-octadecanoate (2), isovanillin (3), 12-ursen-3-ol (4), quercetin (5), uracil (6), citric acid (7) and 2-pentadecaone (8). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound, and compound 2-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
