阐述公司治理结构主要有三种模式,目前,我国上市公司治理结构状况更多的是体现网络导向型模式的特点,但同发达国家较为完善的公司治理结构相比,仍存在诸多不足。通过分析我国上市公司的现实背景,提出如何进一步完善网络导向型为主的治理结构模式。

Corporate governance mainly possesses three patterns. The network-oriented pattern characterizes the administrative structures of most China＇s listed Companies today, there still existing quite a lot of deficiencies compared with the more perfect ones in developed countries. By analyzing the actual background of China＇s listed companies, the essay puts forward the ways of further improving the administrative structure pattern taking the network-oriented as the dominant factor.
