三环减速器载荷均衡的分析与试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 分析了影响均载性能的主要制造误差,设计了均载机构并对均载效果进行了预估,对SCH255型三环减速器进行了试验研究,在原型机和改型机上同时测量了三片环板上各自的载荷,获得了试验样机的载荷分配规律。试验数据及分析结果表明均载性能明显改善。 The inequality of loads acting on rings in a three-ring type gear reducer manufactured In Chongqing caused vibrations and shortened its life. Its manufacturer supported our research on reducing as much as possible such inequality. We have achieved significant success In our research.We deem that inequality is mainly caused by manufacturing errors. In section 1 of this paper, we analyze three types of such error: Es, Er, Es. The probability of three errors occurring simultaneously is very small. So we deem that the error to be compensated for is E= A compensating device was designed as shown in Fig. 1. In our opinion, this compensating device requires only the bearing to be changed and is quite inexpensive.We conducted our comparison experiments on the Chongqing manufacturer's test setup. Many tests were run for both the three-ring reducer as it is (averaged test data shown in Fie. 2) and with compensating device added (averaged test data shown in Fis, 3). In both figures, Inequality varies with torque W applied. For the rated torque of 200N· m, the peak load is reduced from 29. 0% higher than average to only 13.6% higher.We await the decision of the Chongqing manufacturer as to when our compensating device is incorporated into their three-ring type reducer.
