摘要
对中草药过江龙不同极性溶剂的提取物,用小鼠作了不同给药时间、给药剂量的抗放试验,并观察体 重差,脾重,外周血白细胞数和骨髓有核细胞数等指标。结果表明,在1000mg/kg乙醇提取物,照射前2h 口服时,能提高小鼠30 d活存率20%左右和对照组比较有显著差别(p<0.005),该提取物对造血指标也有保 护作用。因此,中草药过江龙有望成为有效的辐射防护药。
The work was m study ant/-radiation effects of a drug extracted from lyeopodium complanatum (LC), a herb in traditional Chinese medicine. Different dosages of the LC drug were given to mice at different administration time. The survival rate and indexes of body weight difference, spleen weight, leukocyte number in the blood and nucleate cell number in the thigh bone, were measured. The results showed that the mice given 1000mg/kg of the ethanol extract of LC by PO 2h before irradiation could increase their survival rate by 20% during 30d in comparison with the control (p 〈0.005).
