基于局域网的分布控制系统及控制器参数优化

摘要 首先论述了一种基于局域网(LAN)分布控制系统(DCS)的开发。其与众不同的特点之一是加入了N个数据处理站(DPS),具有分布、并行数据处理能力。它以Windows为平台,利用LAN技术,采用模块化软件设计方法,使系统的实时性和可靠性提高,画面丰富,具有良好的人机界面。其次提出了在任意组态下控制器参数优化方法及并行分布处理实现。最后,给出了控制参数优化结果实例及结论。 In Chinese industrial process control, the problem of on-line optimization of controller parameters under arbitrary configuration in distributed control system (DCS) has not yet been solved. We now propose our solution of it.Fie. 1 shows our idea of a DCS that can solve the above-mentioned problem. N data processing stations are used in this DCS and they make parallel and distributed data processing possible. Eq. (1) means that the syStem is described, under arbitrary configuration in DCS, by parameter matrix H and connecting information matrix Q. Our method for on-line optimization of controller parameters is based on eqs. (3) through (7) and Theorem 1. The key step in our method is to use Theorem I (which appears shortly after eq. 7 in the Chinesetext) to calculate gradient of target function, al/ar., with eq. (5).Fis. 4 shows the optimization efficiency of our method when applied to on-line control of temperature of a boiler. It does show that temperature approaches the designed wine of 540℃ in about less than 20 seconds.
