摘要
介绍一种用于拖靶的、通过燃烧丙烷辐射红外能量的长效红外目标增强装置的设计和试验研究,着重对一些关键技术问题和试验结果进行了讨论分析。
Towed target, needed for testing effectiveness of weapon system in attacking real air target, does not emit heat. So a device must be installed on it to simulate the infrared signature of the real air target' In the paper, we discuss the design and testing of such a device-a continuous infrared target augmentation simulator' The fUel of this device is propane. We apply the principles of cyclonic flat flame combustion to ensure an even and stable high temperature on inner walls of the burner as the needed iR signature.
