妊娠期胎盘组织中Fas基因mRNA表达变化的研究

摘要 目的探讨死亡受体Fas基因mRNA在正常妊娠各期及妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)中的表达变化。方法分别选取正常妊娠早期和晚期及HDCP胎盘绒毛组织。采用RTPCR方法检测FasmRNA表达,并用紫外图像分析扫描仪对其表达进行分析。结果FasmRNA在妊娠早期胎盘组织中极少表达,在妊娠晚期胎盘组织中表达增高。HDCP胎盘组织中FasmRNA表达明显升高,与前两组比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论孕早期滋养细胞表面Fas表达在母胎免疫耐受中发挥重要作用,孕晚期Fas表达增加可能是引起HDCP的原因之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of Fas mRNA in placentas obtained from normal pregnancy and HDCP. Methods RT-PCR are used to determine the expression of Fas mRNA in cases of HDCP and normal pregnancies. Results Fas mRNA was hardly defected in the first trimester, but increased with gestational weeks. Fas mRNA in placentas from HDCP were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancies(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Fas plays an important role in maternalfetal immune tolerance ,and increased expression of Fas in the third trimester may be one of the reasons of HDCP.
