D-乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、血红蛋白在急性肠缺血早期诊断中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察家兔急性肠缺血时的D乳酸等的变化,并探讨其在早期诊断中的作用。方法采用肠系膜上动脉根部结扎的方法复制家兔急性肠系膜血管缺血病的模型,分别于术前,术后2、4、6小时从股静脉采血,测定D乳酸,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和血红蛋白(Hb)的活性及其相应的变化规律。结果D乳酸的活性随肠缺血的时间延长,缺血程度的加重而逐渐升高,与术前相比P<0.05;Hb在术后2小时与术前相比明显升高,P<0.05,但随时间延长,有下降趋势。结论D乳酸可作为急性肠缺血疾病早期诊断的指标。 Objective investigate the changes of serum enzyme level and biochemical indices in acute mesenteric ischemia of rabbits. Methods Experimental animal models of AMI were made by ligation of superior mesenteric artery on rabbits. Plasma samples were obtained before and at 2h,4h,and 6h after operation. Results The serum levels of D-lactate after operation were significantly increased (p〈0. 05), as compared with that of before operation. Hb was significantly increased at 2h after operation , compared with that of before operation , but after that , it had a decreased tendency. Condusion D-lactate may be useful for early diagnosis of AMI , but the role of Hb in diagnosis of AMI remains to be further researched.
