超声刀与电刀在乳腺癌手术治疗中应用效果比较

Therapeutic effect of UHS vs electrotome in the surgical treatment of breast cancer

目的比较用电刀与超声刀行乳腺癌改良根治术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析63例乳腺癌改良根治术手术资料,其中27例术中用超声刀手术,36例术中用电刀,比较两组特殊器械的应用、手术时间、出血量、术中副损伤、住院时间、术后引流量、引流管留置时间及术后并发症等。结果超声刀组与电刀组相比,手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间无明显差异,但术后并发症如游离皮瓣坏死、术后再出血的发生,超声刀组明显少,术后引流量明显少,引流管留置时间明显短。结论乳腺癌根治术应用超声刀效果好,能减轻患者术后痛苦,并发症少。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of UHS vs electrotome in the surgical treatment of breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 63 patients who received improved radical operation of mastocarcinoma. And the 63 patients were divided into two groups： group A, 27 cases only subject to UHS; group B, 36 cases, only subject to electrotome. Operating time, blood loss, accident trauma, hospital stay, postoperative drainage volume, indwelling time of drainage tube and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared. Results There was no obvious difference in operating time, blood loss and hospital stay between the two groups. However, the incidence of postoperative complications such as flap necrosis and postoperative rehaemorrhagia in group A was dramatically decreased as compared with group B. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of UHS is better than that of electrotome in improved radical operation of breast cancer.
