物理发泡同轴电缆防潮性试验研究

摘要 研究了信号衰减与电缆吸潮的相关关系,提出以传输衰减表征线缆防潮性能的测量方法;安排了正交试验,并对试验结果及诸影响因素进行了讨论,提出了绝缘芯线外层的防潮措施。试验表明,最佳水平组合为A2B2C2D2,所得的发泡体泡孔均匀细密,互闭不连通,经288 h湿热试验,衰减增量仍小于1%。 The correlation between signal attenuation and moisture absorption of the cable is studied, and a measurement method for cable moistureproof performance by using transmission attenuation is proposed. The orthogonal experiments are carried out, and the results and various affecting factors are discussed, so that the moistureproof measures for outer surface of the insulation wire are proposed. The experiments indicate that the optimum combination is A2 B2 C2 D2, the obtained cells feature uniform, fine, and closed, and the finished cable with this foam insulation has less than 1% of attenuation increment even after wet-hot testing for 288 h.
