摘要
对某锅炉钢架焊缝裂纹问题,应用有限元方法对该钢架的受力进行了分析,结果表明柱的不合理设计和运行时横梁温度偏高,导致局部峰值力过大,是裂纹产生的根本原因,锅炉连续放炮是诱发裂纹产生的主要因素,并依此提出了修复建议。
This paper introduces cracks in weld seams of the boiler steel structure and uses finite element method to analyze stress of the steel structure. The result indicates that the unreasonable design of the pole and the extra high temperature of the beams during operation, which lead to excessive high peak force in parts of steel structure, are the ultimate reason for the cracks and the boiler successive blasting are the main factor to trigger cracks. Repair advices based on result analysis are also presented in this paper.
