摘要
过盈配合组件广泛用于汽车工业中,为进一步提高过盈配合组件的承载能力,研究了对组件中的轴进行镀镍及加热处理工艺,结果表明,组件的承载能力有了很大提高.并对其机理进行了探讨.
Interference fitted assemblies are widely used in automotive industry, For further increasement of the load carrying capacity of interferencr fitted assemblies, nickel plating and thermal treatment on shafts have been studied in the paper. The result shows that the load carrying capacity of interfernce fitted assemblies is increased a lot. Carrying out a research to its mechanism as well.
