摘要
系统标定是系统所成图像和实际被测尺寸之间实现高精度转换的关键过程,该文根据火车车轮热态检测系统的测量要求和具体结构特点,利用多控制点靶标,设计了平面直接映射标定方法;专有测试样板的评定结果表明,该种标定方法的标定误差标准差小于0.08 mm,满足车轮热检系统的精度要求。
System calibration is the key process in the precise transition between the image and the actual dimensions. According to the structure and requirement.of a thermal train-wheel detection system, a calibration method of plane mapping is designed with the dual reference point arm. By use of the special test sample, the test result shows that the standard deviation is less than 0.08 mm,which is up to the precision requirement of the detection system.
