皖南古建筑保护与利用模式初探

Discussion on the protection and utilization of the ancient bulidings in the south of Anhui Province

皖南古建筑具有极高的社会、文化、经济、历史及艺术价值。文章分析了现有古建筑保护与利用模式的利与弊;指出应借鉴中外古镇开发的成功经验,运用相关专业知识,针对古建筑遗存的分布特点与实际状况,运用复合的、动态的模式(旅游型保护模式、置换型保护模式、研究型保护模式、重建型保护模式及迁移型保护模式等多种保护模式)寻求资源整合,以发展区域经济。

Ancient buildings in the south of Anhui Province are of great social,cultural, economic, historical and artistic value. The current mode of protection and utilization of the ancient buildings has both advantages and disadvantages. Successful experience of the development of ancient towns at home and abroad should be used for reference and concerned academic knowledge should be applied. Based on the distribution characteristics and actual conditions of the ancient bulidings, a compound and dynamic mode should be adopted to achieve the integration of the resources and the development of the regional economy. Many modes,such as the tourism protection mode,the replacement protection mode ,the research protection mode ,the reconstruction protection mode ,and the migration protection mode ,can be taken into consideration.
