摘要
研制含有硅酸钙盐、氟化物、磷酸盐的复合型水玻璃固化剂.考察室温固化过程中干燥失水率、硬度以及涂层浸水时SiO32-和Na+溶出率等性质随固化时间的变化规律.并作矿相和形貌分析.
A study is made on a composite water glass hardener containing calcium silicate, fluoride and phosphate. During hardening at room temperature, the regular pattern of changes of some properties with the hardening time is inspected. Such properties include drying with water loss, hardness, and the stripping rate of silicate ion and sodium ion after the coating is immersed in water. Mineralographic and photopographic analysis are conducted.
