仙人掌提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠IL-2、TNF-α的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察仙人掌提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠IL-2、TNF-α的影响。方法用S180腹水型肉瘤小鼠的腹水肿瘤细胞悬液接种小鼠左腋皮下复制肿瘤模型。造模后随机分为仙人掌提取物组、肝复乐片组、模型空白组、正常对照组。前两组分别给予仙人掌提取液、肝复乐混悬液灌胃;模空组和正常对照组以生理盐水灌胃。每次0.2 ml/10g.d-1,每天1次,连续10天。于第11天取材测定小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α含量。结果仙人掌提取物组小鼠血清IL-2水平比模空组明显提高(P<0.01);TNF-α水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论仙人掌提取物能提高IL-2水平,降低TNF-α水平,有抗肿瘤作用。 Objective To study the effect of Opuntia dillenii extracts on interleukin- 2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor- alpha (TNF- alpha) in S180 tumor cells. Methods S180 ascites sarcoma mice models were made by transplanting the ascites sarcoma cell suspension in the mice left anterior subcutaneous part. Then the mice models were randomly allocated to an Opuntia dillenii extracts group, a GanFuLe tablet group, a blank model group and a normal control group. The first two groups were perfused orally with Opuntia dillenii extracts fluid and GanFuLe suspension, respectively. The rest two groups were filled with normal saline, 0.2ml/10g·d^-1, once every day for ten days. At the eleventh day, the mice serum IL- 2 and TNF- alpha were measured. Results In the Opuntia dil- lenii extracts group, the mice serum IL-2 levels elevated significantly than that in the blank model group ( P 〈0. 01) ; and TNF- alpha levels decreased significantly ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The Opuntia dillenii extracts can elevate the IL- 2 levels, lessen the TNF - alpha levels and have anti - tumor efficacy.
