Usable Code Systems for Standardization of Health Information Coding in China

卫生信息分类编码标准化是计算机进行信息处理的基础,也是各种信息系统之间进行信息交换的重要技术基础,是实现卫生信息资源共享的必要条件。文章简要介绍了卫生信息编码标准化的意义及原则,分析了我国卫生信息编码标准化的现状,总结了国外卫生信息编码标准化方面的成果,旨在为我国的卫生信息编码标准化提供可借鉴的参考资料。

Standardization of health information classification coding is the base of information processing by computer. It is also the key technical base of information interchange among various information systems, and necessary condition for sharing health information resources. In this paper, we introduced briefly the significance and principles of standardization of health information classification coding, analyzed the status of it in China, and summarized the achievements of it in overseas. It is our purpose to provide reference for standardization of health information coding in China.
