摘要
利用PAM/CS双元助留体系做助留助滤剂,填加碳酸钙,探讨AKD、PAM、CS、碳酸钙用量对水松原纸施胶及助留效果的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为:AKD用量0.3%,PAM用量0.02%,碳酸钙用量20%,CS用量0.7%。取得了较好的施胶效果。
The main AKD sizing craft conditions about making tip base paper of cigarette were studied through experiment. In the experiment, PAM/CS dual retention system was used as retention and drainage aid. Then CaCO3 was added as filler. The effects of the amount of AKD, PAM, CS and CaCO3 on the sheet＇s sizing and retention were also studied. The optimum craft conditions were： the amount of AKD 0.3 %, PAM 0.02 %, CaCO3 20 %, CS 0.7 %. The better sizing： performance was obtained.
